Early Bird Registration
All attendees entering the exhibit hall will be required to have a badge.
Entrance to the exhibit hall is free when you register by the Early
Bird Registration Deadline, March 12, 2008. Online registration
for the show is available. You may also mail or fax a registration
piece you receive through the mail. Please be sure to complete all information
listed on the form. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation
letter will be sent via email or mail. Please bring your confirmation
letter to the show. There will be self-service kiosks located in the
registration area where you can scan the bar code, and print your badge
automatically.
Please remember, badges for this event will not be mailed. NOTE: All faxed and mailed registration forms must be received by March 12, 2008.
On-Site Registration
Registration opens at 8:00am on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Registration
for the exhibit hall and Education Conference is available in the convention
center at the show. However, we encourage you to take advantage of Early
Bird Registration in order to maximize your time while at the show (and
save money!).
Q. How do I know if I am registered?
A. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation letter will be sent
via email or mail. Please bring your confirmation letter to the
registration area to have your badge printed. Please remember, badges
for this event will not be mailed.
Q. Can I make copies of the registration form?
A. Yes, since we require each person to complete a registration form, we
encourage you to make copies of the registration form for additional
registrants. You may also register online.
Q. How do I know if I will need to pay the $10 registration fee?
A. If you have not registered by the Early Bird Registration Deadline,
you will need to pay a $10 exhibit hall admission fee. All participating
exhibitors have free passes that waive the admission fee. You may contact
one of your suppliers exhibiting at the show to obtain a free pass that
will waive the $10 fee.
Q. Do I need to be a member of an industry association to attend?
A. No. NBM Shows is not an association and therefore you do not need to
be a member of any industry association to attend the shows.
Q. What if I am bringing someone with me who is not in the business?
A. If you are bringing a non-industry guest with you, please check in at
the cashier counter to obtain a guest badge.
Q. What are Seminars (SEM)?
A. Our Education Conference consists of lecture-format seminars covering a wide
variety of issues important to graphic professionals. These seminars are taught
by NBM Shows education faculty members.
Q. What is the Unlimited Seminar Package?
A. The Unlimited Seminar Package allows you to attend as many seminars
(SEM) as you like for only $240 if you register before the Early Bird
Registration Deadline. On-site, the Unlimited Seminar Package will cost
$295.
Q. What is a Workshop (WRK)?
A. A workshop is a half day educational opportunity that will provide an
intense learning experience. Led by some of the most well known industry
veterans, a workshop will provide an enormous amount of useable information.
Cost is $125, which includes lunch.
Q. What if I forget to include my payment or to complete all payment information?
A. We will notify you by phone or email. Your space will not be reserved
in selected seminars until we receive your payment. If your payment is not
received by the Early Bird Registration Deadline, you may have
to register for seminars on-site at the increased price.
Q. Is the cost of education tax deductible?
A. The expense of continuing education may be tax deductible when taken to maintain
or improve skills required in your current employment. These tax benefits may
also apply if the seminars meet express requirements of an employer. Please
contact your accountant for complete details.
Q. What if I need to cancel my seminar(s) or workshop(s)?
A. You may cancel your Education Conference registration by faxing to (303) 465-3424

If you need to change your plans, you may transfer your registration to another
person by contacting NBM Shows at (800) 669-0424 ext. 215 as soon as possible.

Q. Can we bring our children to an NBM Shows event?
A. Children under the age of 12 are not admitted in the exhibit hall. Proof
of age will be required for children age 12 and up to receive their badge
or guest pass with adult. Childcare services are available for NBM Shows
attendees through KiddieCorp at a discounted rate. You must sign up for
childcare in advance to assure placement of your child. On-site childcare
registration is possible — based on availability. For more information

Q. What are Cash Vouchers?
A. Each day of the show, four lucky attendees will be randomly drawn to
win cash vouchers worth $500 good at participating exhibitor booths.
To be eligible to win, all you have to do is attend the show! Cash vouchers
are redeemable at any participating exhibiting company during the show
and for 30 days after the show closes. Cash vouchers must be used toward
products and services offered by participating exhibiting companies.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
