EXHIBITS

Advance Registration
All attendees entering the exhibit hall will be required to have a badge. Entrance to the exhibit hall is free when you pre-register by the Advance Registration Deadline, August 8, 2007. Online registration for the show is available at our Register Now! page. You may also mail or fax a registration piece you receive through the mail. Please be sure to complete all information listed on the form. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail, fax or mail. Please bring your confirmation letter to the show. There will be self-service kiosks located in the registration area where you can scan the bar code, and print your badge automatically. Please remember, badges for this event will not be mailed. NOTE: All faxed and mailed registration forms must be received by August 8, 2007.

Q. How do I know if I am pre-registered?
A. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail, fax or mail. Please bring your confirmation letter to the registration area to have your badge printed. Please remember, badges for this event will not be mailed.

Q. Can I make copies of the registration form?
A. Yes, since we require each person to complete a registration form, we encourage you to make copies of the registration form for additional registrants. You may also register online at our Register Now! page.

On-Site Registration
Registration opens at 8:00am on Wednesday, September 5, 2007. Registration for the exhibit hall and Education Conference is available in the convention center at the show. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the pre-registration opportunities in order to maximize your time while at the show and save money.

Q. How do I know if I will need to pay the $10 registration fee?
A. If you have not pre-registered by the Advance Registration Deadline (see Exhibits), you will need to pay a $10 admission fee when registering on-site. All participating exhibitors have “free passes” that waive the admission fee. You may contact one of your suppliers exhibiting at the show to obtain a free pass that will waive the $10 fee.

Q. Do I need to be a member of an industry association to attend?
A. No. NBM Shows is not an association and therefore you do not need to be a member of any industry association to attend the shows.

Q. What if I am bringing someone with me that is “not in the business”?
A. If you are bringing a non-industry guest with you, please check in at the cashier counter to obtain a “guest” badge.

Q. Where do I park and how much does it cost?
A. A map is located on our Travel Arrangements page. Average cost for parking varies from $6-$9 per day.

EDUCATION CONFERENCE

Q. What are Seminars (SEM)?
A. Our Education Conference consists of lecture-format seminars covering a wide variety of issues important to graphic professionals. These seminars are taught by NBM Shows education faculty members. Individual seminars are $75 when registering before the Advance Registration Deadline (see Exhibits) or $100 when registering on-site.

Q. What is the difference between the Unlimited Seminar Package and Individual Seminars?
A. The Unlimited Seminar Package allows you to attend as many seminars (SEM) as you like for only $240 if you register before the Advance Registration Deadline (see Exhibits). On-site, the Unlimited Seminar Package will cost $295. If you are planning on taking less than three “SEM” classes, the individual seminar price is more cost-effective.

Q. What is a Workshop (WRK)?
A. A workshop is a half day educational opportunity that will provide an intense learning experience. Led by some of the most well known industry veterans, a workshop will provide an enormous amount of useable information. Cost is $125, which includes lunch.

Payment
Q. What if I forget to include my payment or to complete all payment information?
A. We will try to notify you by phone or fax. Your space will not be reserved in selected seminars until we receive your payment. If your payment is not received by the Advance Registration Deadline (see Exhibits), you may have to register for seminars on-site at the increased price.

Tax Deductions
Q. Is the cost of education tax deductible?
A. The expense of continuing education may be tax deductible when taken to maintain or improve skills required in your current employment. These tax benefits may also apply if the seminars meet express requirements of an employer. Please contact your accountant for complete details.

Cancellations/Refunds
Q. What if I need to cancel my seminar(s) or workshop(s)?
A. You may cancel your Education Conference registration by faxing to (303) 465-3424 or mailing a letter that explains the need for cancellation to:
Attn: NBM Shows Education Refund–Indy
National Business Media
PO Box 1416, Broomfield, CO 80038
If you need to change your plans, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting NBM Shows at (800) 669-0424 as soon as possible. As always, satisfaction is guaranteed!

Q. Can we bring our children to an NBM Shows event?
A. Children under the age of 12 are not admitted in the exhibit hall. Proof of age will be required for children age 12 and up to receive their badge or guest pass with adult. Childcare services are available for NBM Shows attendees through KiddieCorp at a discounted rate. You must sign up for childcare in advance to assure placement of your child.
